VR20 Vacuum Regulator Family

	IRV Vacuum Regulator Family The IRV Series vacuum regulator family offer four body sizes, ranging from 1/8" NPT to 1/4" NPT. The two sizes provide outstanding flow and a great sensitivity performance of 1mmHg. IRV Series vacuum regulators are powder coated white, for use in both semiconductor and medical applications. All four body sizes can be panel mounted.
